Pete McElligott

Pete McElligott is an actor and writer who lives in New York and is an original member of The NOLA Project. Originally from Chicago, Pete formed the company with other members from his graduating class at NYU. NOLA Project credits include The Cripple of Inishmaan, The Misanthrope, Cloud Nine, The Lieutenant of Inishmore, The Beignet Plays, What, Has This Thing Appeared Again Tonight?, Poona the Fuckdog, and Love’s Labor’s Lost. Pete is the author of With A Bang which was produced by Southern Rep in cooperation with The NOLA Project. Pete is the owner of a Big Easy Award for his acting, but is most proud of his Storer Boone Award for Best Sound Design. But he’s weird like that.
