ABOUT the project
The NOLA Project PodPlays are a brand new way for audiences to experience the excitement of new theatre from the comfort of their home.
Combining the new trend of podcasts with the old fashioned radio play, PodPlays are a series of new plays created by NOLA Project artists and designed for easy download and listening anywhere at any time. Each of our four PodPlays is a brand new work written by James Bartelle, Gab Reisman, Pete McElligott, and Brittany N. Williams.
Written with the listening experience in mind and unbound by the conventions of the stage, these 30-60 minute audio stories will bring audiences from a Bywater coffee shop, to a darkened world where the sun has disappeared; from the clatter of a early 20th century New Orleans telephone party line, to a distant galaxy deep in the reaches of outer space. And each new work will feature the vocal talents of New Orleans theatre artists audiences have come to know and love.
How to listen
Since PodPlays can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere, you can purchase access to each PodPlay as they are released:
$10 - Single PodPlay
$35 - All 4 PodPlays
After you purchase your desired PodPlay or the four-play subscription, you will be emailed with a unique access code and link that you may use to listen and enjoy!
All pre-paid patrons will receive a link with listening instructions on the day of each PodPlay's scheduled release.
For any listeners purchasing after a pod's release date, please allow up to 48 hours for us to send the link and instructions to you.
